New 5-week Baby Massage course starting Tuesday 15th February
Suitable for babies 0 to 6 months, Baby Massage is a lovely way to bond and get to know your baby. Baby Massage will help soothe and relax your baby and help with sleep and also has great benefits improving circulation and digestion including reflux and colic. Parents/carers will be guided through the course by our trained Baby Massage practitioner. The course is free to attend but places are limited and booking is essential.
