Finglas West Family Resource Centre, Better Finglas & St Helena’s Resource Centre are pleased to have partnered with Mental Health Ireland to offer their Mental Health and Family Caring Programme. This five week online programme’s aim is to support the carers, supporters, family and friends of people with mental health challenges.
The course is free of charge and will begin on Thursday 20th January via Zoom from 10am -12pm
